** Structured programs. If you are part of a T&D, leadership-development, educational, or research program, your program designer or lead may follow a different debrief process — still with a trained practitioner. Please confirm the assessment + debrief process with your program lead.

Cost note. Expert hand-scoring elsewhere runs >€1,000 (scoring plus debrief) and takes days or weeks to complete.
